Take a little time this week to calm your mind and body by practicing mindfulness. This first video will explain what mindfulness is and the second one will help you practice it. If you haven’t tried mindfulness before, it may seem a little hard or boring to you at first. With time and practice, it will get easier, and you may find you actually enjoy using it to calm your body and mind. It’s also a great way to get focused before doing school work. Give it a try!
